Passport Renewal

Important: We can only process passports & visas for US residents. If you live outside the United States we cannot help you obtain a visa for travel.

In order for us to do a Renewal for you, your passport must have been issued within the past 15 years or less and you have to be 16 years of age or older.

Passport Renewal Requirements

In order for us to process your passport for you, we must receive the following information:

1. DSP-82 red amendment form (print out and fill in blanks)
2. Your expired passport
3. Release letter for adult (print out and fill in blanks)
4. 2 Passport Photographs taken by a passport photographer
5. Government Fee - $115.00 No temporary checks will be accepted by the passport office. You can use a money order in place of a temporary check.You can write one check for the governments fee, our service fee and return delivery by Federal Express. (For the correct amount please see the order form.)
6. If you need a passport within 10 business days, then you will also need proof of departure, which will be ONE of the following:
   1. copy of airline tickets or
   2. travel itinerary or
   3. company letter of expedite (click here for sample)
7. Please fill out the order form and print a copy to send to us inside your Federal Express Priority Overnight, also in the Federal Express should be a Check for $204.00 (plus return delivery) or $254.00 for same day service, (plus return delivery).
